The Training Options are Endless!

 

We use the latest and most up to date scientific training methods to help you reach your health and fitness goals. We have been training people from all walks of life - athletes, mums, teenagers, mature age, rehabilitation clients and everything in between - for over 30 years.

 

We are fully qualified Level 3 Exercise Professionals.  Our Fitness Australia accreditation ensures we are the best trainers in the business. 

We offer a number of training options to suit all fitness levels and abilities, indoors, outdoors at our studio or in your home  Our classes are run by the school term, please see our timetable for class times.

Small group training is an affordable option for groups of 3 or more.

 

Classes are extremely affordable, starting at $15 per class* (*prices vary according to the term and purchase type).

 

Rest assured, no matter which training type you choose, we are dedicated to achieving YOUR results.  We work with you to create a fitness regime that motivates and helps you to reach your goals.

HEALTHY HEART CLASS

9:30am Thursday

A fun and safe way to keep fit, feeling young and feeling healthy.  Great for people of any age who want to get fitter, stronger and put that spring back into their step.

 

The session is great for improving balance, co-ordination, heart disease, muscle deterioration, blood pressure, cholesterol, depression and other effects of aging.

A fun fast paced class that uses a variety of timings to ensure you get great results. 

 

Great class for beginners to advanced. 

 

The class ensures you burn plenty of calories while getting stronger and fitter!

Come and have a ton of fun – but be prepared for some high intensity training! 

Indoor and outdoor bootcamp style class designed to test your strength, stamina & team work.

Fusion is a complete workout for your body mixing MTX suspension training with boxing pad work..  Unique and interesting - keeps you guessing – always challenging.
